British term of derision used to mock right-wing white men whose face adopts a pink-ish color (resembling a cut of gammon) during fits of anger.

British term for (usually) old, upper class, conservative, racist white men who voted for Brexit. Usually characterised by their red “gammon” faces caused by heavy alcohol usage.
