Gladiatorial

Something done in a fashion similar to that of gladiators. In modern days, people engage in heroic combat, fighting for the honor of ones faction; this style of combat can be considered "Gladiatorial" due to the similarites with ancient gladiators with respect to their motivations and combat styles.

The two opposing factions had a GLADIATORIAL battle for supremecy.
