A prime example of how the english language will descend if 'they' (the wizards or whatever) succumb to stupid americanisms such as sulfur, which is obviously sulphur.

Filo

1. A term used to describe when someone is falsely accused of a crime and found guilty.

2. An innocent person who is sent to prison, most likely from lies a jealous EX made up because they have psychopathic tendencies and can't handle rejection.
3. When a person is set up by their EX who will lie in court with the sole intention of sending an innocent person to jail or prison.

"He just got transferred to a closer prison, I hear he's filo though. I can't believe someone would ruin a mans' life like that."
"I know man, there's a lot more guys who are filo than most people think. I hope my crazy EX never does something like that to me!"
