Douche

Someone who thinks they are cool when they aren't. But this in and of itself doesn't make a douchebag. Someone could think they're cool when they're not and just simply be a harmless dork. No, a douche is someone who has this characteristic coupled with the characteristic of also being a smug, arrogant asshole. They are usually kinda dumb as well. Basically, not only are they not cool, they're anti-cool -- yet they ironically think they're the coolest guy in the building.

Look at Jerry with his sunglasses on indoors. What a douche.
