This action is performed by someone in an elevated or esteemed position such as the Commandant of the United States Marine Corps, General Berger who infamously shid himself. The congruence of the high position held by the individual with the shocking and embarrassing act of shitting oneself is what constitutes pulling a General Berger.

I really thought highly of James but after he pulled that General Berger I'm just disgusted by him.
