when someone pulls a funny prank on someone else you expected to scream "Jacob Got em!!". originated from a group of annoying kids from queens New York.

Mid-1960's slang from the Portland Oregon area whose meaning is similar to sassing or talking back to someone, but with the added weight of having done so in front of others to the point where a return jab is impossible to utter. This phrase was later shortened to just "Eyeball! Eyeball!"
