Scrub

Somebody who tries too hard to act like they are funny, cool, or with the crowd. When in actuality, they are just being an idiot to think that they can call someone out on something and think that others will laugh at their ignorant attempt at trying to be cool by calling somebody something so stupid, and overrated, that they need to just stop.

That Scrub over there needs to stop trying so damn hard to fit in.
