Is a "tortilla" of flour with bistek or any another class of meat (carnaza, "al pastor", tripa, lengua, etc) and a lot of cheese of "adobera" with coriander and onion stung. they are done with 'tortilla' of corn too. Here in Jalisco is very common to eat "Gringas".
