"Boofer" or "Boof" for short is a word used to describe an extremely adorable dog. Typically with a Pug or Bull Dog-like flat face.

A boofer is derogatory slang. Litterally it stands for a person who has participated in so much anal sex that as a result that anus is so loose when they fart all you hear is a faint boooooof. This term is extensivly used in Providence, RI by the CWA.
