Angry chick

A young woman, usually below 30, who, consistently and in any given situation, reacts not only angrily/defensively, but out of proportion to the offense, real or imagined. Angry chicks are not necessarily irrational; there may indeed be some underlying issue that is the cause. However, rather than dealing with that root issue, an angry chick takes their anger out on everyone around, lessening or eliminating sympathy.
