Originated by Germany and spreaded around the world like a disease.The person who wishes to have his offices cleaned up by others. Usually he has smelly feet and doesn't do anything during his worktime. This person usually says that has a lot of things to do during the day and never pays any attention to his students. His cooperatives usually think that he is a pain in the ass.

The student administrator told me that he will give me the certificate in two days. That was 4 week ago.

adjective; describes the confused, startled, surprised expression on a students' face, causing a total lapse in memory and ability to speak coherently, mostly occurring within seconds of recognizing he/she has been asked to answer a question. It is a somewhat strange phenomena in that, the just few seconds preceding the question, the student is largely audible, actively animate, and holding much of the room's attention.
