Despite the strange concept, it's a very easy dessert to make with often disproportionately delicious end results. Be warned, however: if you make this recipe for an event, its attendees WILL start hounding you to make more and more of it for them in the future. It's just that good.
I made some white chocolate bread pudding for my mom's birthday party last week, and it turned out really good! So good, in fact, that now people won't stop talking about it with me...
