Minnesota Bar Mitzvah 

A right of passage for men in Minnesota. The ritual consists of donning your best flannel, heading to northern Minnesota, finding a bear and killing it in hand to hand combat. After the bear is killed, you must take the blood and rub it on your face. This will stimulate healthy beard growth. When the ritual is complete, you are now a Minnesota man.

A "4 Bar" is one of the street names for the prescription drug Alprazolam. The more popular or trade/company name for the drug is Xanex. Medically it is used to treat anxiety disorders and panic attacks.
