Get the Nah I'd winmug. If you buy five of the scratch-off tickets that say, "Win up to five times", it very likely will refer to how many times the STATE will win, since you were idiotic enough to spend the money on those five tickets and probably not win anything yourself.

Half man: He was winning before that epic run... and now he's winning more? How does he do it?
Charlie Sheen, sprinting by in his underwear and Wild Thing glasses: I'm bi-winning!

Get the Winningmug. A word made up and used by Charlie Sheen during a famous interview on Good Morning America. It is now currently and most commonly used by crack-heads to describe their lives in a positive light. It has made its appearance on SNL as well as "tiger blood"
Interviewer: Some people consider you bi-polar, would you say the same?
Sheen: What... what does that even mean?
Interviewer: Two ends of the stick......?
Sheen: What?! What does that mean? IM BI-WINNING! All about the passion man... i make Frank Sinatra and Mick Jagger look like droopy eyed and armless children when i'm on drugs
