Someone who has an obese black Labrador and does not wash for long periods of time. U can only find these animals in sea world at the whale section and if u see one u are very lucky. They resemble cows but also resemble a worm at the same time. These things will try and get animals just so they can make them morbidly obese and eventually kill them due to heart disease. Charleys are not skinnieee at all and are little bitches that are giro. They will bribe and scam their family and friends for money just so they can buy animal crossing. Stay away from Charley’s if u want to stay skinny.
