The Haldol has a great effect on psych symptoms in a fast period while Ativan takes care of certain withdrawals with sedative effects, along with Benadryl causing the patient to hopefully calm down or even take a nap. Most likely the patient will be sedated with this, and may be therefore considered a chemical restraint.
Anyways, the funniest shit about this is that while it has sedative effects, it has the same name as the B-52 bomber, the airplane responsible for dropping nukes in WW2.
If you're not in the medical field, you probably won't get this sense of humor called dark humor. Get used to it because military, first responders and healthcare workers use dark humor to survive some dark shit seen during work.
