A Holder Handshake is a ritual carried out by homosexuals.

It involves holding onto a males long curly 70's styled hair while inserting a clenched fist into their anus.

A holder handshake was named after the 1970's icon Noddy Holder (because of the hairstyle... Not the act in question)

Example:

Steve - So you went down to the gay village last night. Did you pull?
Drew - Yeah. I received a massive holder handshake
Steve - hahaha. I thought you were limping

Persons who have the last name of "Holdman" tend to be the leader of the pack or the "alpha male" of a group. Many go to a Holdman for guidance. Holdmans also tend to be considered bad asses and are tough as nails. A Holdman is the best at their trade and tend to shine above their co-workers. They tend to do well on anything they put their mind to making a Holdman a Jack of All Trades.
