engineersplain

To over-engineering an explanation when a simple explanation would suffice. Usually with good intentions but has the effect of utterly confusing the recipient or boring them to tears.

Question from mom: What was the problem with the Roku?
Engineersplain: I needed to edit iptables to forward external TDP ports 80 and 443 to the Roku. I also needed to forward UDP port 53. Once that was done I restarted iptables and IP traffic was able ingress/egress from the Roku to the Internet and vice versa.

That punk ass bitch in college that copied all your labs and still barely got a 2.0 GPA in community college that goes on to be a door to door switch and button salesman. Lowest class of engineers that exist. Literally these are the people that couldn't find their own ass with both hands and a GPS.

This enginearly just showed up without an appointment to show me his new junk which is about half as useful as a god damn Nerf dildo.
