It's funny how so many
definitions of God have been given by people who don't believe/don't like him. It's like listening to a Democrat define a Republican or vice-versa.
Also contrary to statements mentioned on this site is the idea of God has brought about SO much death in history. If that were the case, then I would ask why the regime of Stalin (atheist agenda) and that of Hitler (renounced beliefs upon
taking control of Germany) caused more death than all leaders from all time periods combined?
Instead, God is an omnipotent deity who is credited by the religious as the being the creator of the world. He acts in mysterious ways and is infinite in nature. It is for the individual to decide if he exists or not, and in doing so respect the beliefs of others. If you are
one of those people who disrespect the belief in God and try to make fun of it then I would contend that those actions are evidence for your own lack of respect for your beliefs.
