when you know something important or exciting is going to happen and you cant wait for it, but you're racking your brains out trying to find out when. therefore you cant focus, and your eyes begin to dart around the room constantly and many people notice
it was dark and i knew it was coming, but i couldnt tell when. i was waiting patiently, then it came. a hand on my face and i turned....everything on earth stopped

A spasm specimen is where someone is the most dumb person , they are that spasticated that they don't know how to insult anyone they just say random words and above all else there just clapped out of their head

The act of smoking some form of narcotic ie. a bong rip, followed by the secretion of a flem or vomit like substance uncontrollably from the oral cavity and/or nose.
Dominic hit his pipe and ran to the bathroom, unfortunately not before he plasm spasmed all over my room.
