When you are dreading and worrying about doing something so much you do it earlier than intended.

"Did you do your homework last night"
"Yeah, I was gonna wait till 8 but I anti-procrastinated and did it at 7"

when you procrastinate until the last minute on something, only to find you underestimated the amount of time you needed to get it done, thus being unable to complete it
