Akin to the "Gaydar" first mentioned in a tumblr post by @thymesignature. Other uses include "Getting Peer Reviewed," " "Got peer reviewed" etc.

((The magic city))is a small city (joke of a city) in North Dakota. It used to be small and filled with people. Now it's big and filled with junkies and other addicts. There's not much to do in Minot as everything closes around 8-10pm except BARs, a select few Fast food places and Gas Stations. Minot ND used to be a quiet mostly safe place to live and raise a family. Now it's trashed and full of selfish and entitled people. Minot attracts alot of bad people who have and are looking to abused the small quiet lifestyle.
