A nickname for a suspicious handcloth, which is mostly like used as a cumrag to clean up baby gravy after masturbation.

The name is in reference to Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's prosecuted doctor who was involved within the key drug scandal that led to MJ's death.
