The term for a cheap 8-ounce glass (which can never hold anything non-alcoholic) that you carry around with you while you're drunk. Derived from the Canadian "Trailer Park Boys" TV show in which Julian, a character, is never shown without his rum and coke.

While at Wal-Mart, looking for a new Julian because I got drunk and broke my old one.
