an act in when parents will blame it on the game when something goes wrong with it

kid: mom! my (console name) wont read any of my disc!
mom: its because you've been playing it for to long!
kid: mom! the wi-fi keeps going out constantly for no reason!
mom: its because you've been playing it for too long!
kid: how is playing my games affecting the wi-fi?
mom: DONT QUESTION ME!
kid: STOP GAME BLAMEING!
mom proceeds to kill (game)

When someone farts and blames it on someone else, usually a smaller child or someone that can not represent or defend themselves in the accusation.

deflect blame

A form of shifting blame by taking part of the blame and then shifting the main part of the blame ro another even though your completly at fault.

Example : a teen is caught with booze, takes part of the blame and then shifts the main part of ot to his friends.

blame irlweg

Randomly placing blame on a third party for something that someone else has done. Made popular by the song "United Hates Guitars." The song inadvertently places blame on Ms. Irlweg who works at the airline. Irlweg has become the scapegoat of the broken guitar incident.

In the company lunchroom: Who left the soda in the freezer? It exploded and the entire freezer is covered in frozen cola. (Silence - no one speaks up).

"Blame Irlweg."

Everyone laughs and accepts the conclusion.

"Alright people, get back to work."
