When you are at the gym and lifting or crunching a strart is the fart that often is released. Most often unintentionally. A straining fart.

Dude I was on the leg curl, and some chick with headphones on the leg press totally strarted... loud.

A high (presumably off weed) that is so amzing the word "high" isn't worthy of it. It's so fuckin crazy you can only call it something higher; thus the stratosphere. i.e. Stratospherical.
