An adjective used to describe the worst and most repulsive parts of life. One who is slabby is tired, hungry, or upset in some form. A place that is slabby is dirty, grimy, and polluted. A slabby object is unusual and sometimes disgusting.

Damn, I’m feeling super slabby right now.
