Another way of saying same as always, or nothing out of the ordinary.

Person 2: "Same."

Used a lot in Thailand, especially in an attempts to sell something but can mean just about anything depending on what the user is trying to achieve.

Q "Is this a real rolex?"
A " Yes Sir, same same but different"

redundant and repetitive way of saying "the same old thing" or "nothing new"

Same Thought Syndrome

noun -

A condition seen when two people experience similar thoughts as a result of having the same thought processes. Often found between very close friends, siblings, and lovers.

(Can be abbreviated as "STS".)

A: (humming "Bohemian Rhapsody")

B: What the heck!? I was just thinking of that song! Same Thought Syndrome!
