The song tells a grotesque story of displaying a show for the audience that watch the fetuses of the show suffer through events of the show such as: Elbow deep anus fisting, fornication of fetuses, fetal mutilation and mutilation of fetal genitalia.

Person 1: "Hey, have you listened to Infant Annihilator's new hit Swinaecologist?."

Person 2: "You bet! That shit was banging!"

Person who doesn't know how to take a joke: "Oh my gosh! Infant Annihilator is a disgusting and unholy band. All they talk about is killing innocent children! That's against The Lord's plan! Metal music is so sinful and revolti-"

Both Persons 1 and 2: "Shut."
