Ready Set Learn

a preschool block that aired on TLC from December 28, 1992 to September 29, 2008 and Discovery Kids from 1996 to October 10, 2010. It ran from 6:00am to 12:00pm (later 6:00am to 9:00am) on TLC, and 6:00am to 12:00pm (later 9:00am to 2:00pm) on Discovery Kids.

On Monday, February 24, 2003, Ready Set Learn introduced Paz the penguin, who was seen in the block's official logo

As of September 30, 2008, Ready Set Learn programs now air only on Discovery Kids; TLC now airs repeats of their regular programming in the 6-9am ET timeslot

Ready for the mosh pit, shaka brah.

normally used when somebody not associated with the punk/thrasher style wears this style for any particular reason (e.g. your clothes smell of chlorine) without attempting to fit into the style. usually said by the person wearing the outfit either in an attempt to fit in or as a joke.

Chloe: Lookin' sick Max! A couple tats, some piercings and we'll make a thrasher out of you yet.
Max: Ready for the mosh pit, shaka brah.
Chloe: Maybe not. Go on down and say hi to Joyce. Free breakfast!

Ready for the House Syndrome

When every song on an album sounds exactly the same (making the album repetitive). Named after Jandek's 1978 album, "Ready for the House", because every song the album uses the same weird/repetitive notes.
