Palin

A common idiot (usually female) who runs for high political office in early 21st-Century America. A "Palin" often looks like a deer caught in headlights, and rarely answers questions in anything but a moronic fashion. Also resorts to pseudo-patriotic rhetoric and frequently slanders her opponents based on racial and ethnic stereotypes.

When in a cold environment, like Alaska, sexual intercourse between a male and female in which the man inserts icicles and stupid pills up the lady's vagina, and then forces the woman to expound on Alaska's economy in a midwestern accent. All of this is done wearing a John McCain mask, as done so by the man.
