Possibly derived from basketball terminology; to high post is to position one's self offensively at the top of key. This can be taken as an affront to the defensive player's defensive prowess.

With all the hours of Survivor recorded, why do they spend two minutes after every commercial break on postmercials instead of the contestants?

Oh hey look at keith again he's mass posting the same youtube video on everyone's wall

that video has been blowing up my news feed because keith has a problem where he cant stop mass posting that video.
