The loss of the ability to show up in Los Angeles by the decree of nefarious actors and as the result of some type of urban street law violation (as in the movie Pulp Fiction) is one use of this phrase; more generally it can also refer to a loss of any nature due to bad behavior.

My kids are incorrigible which is typical for little kids “I told my little girl last weekend that if she continued to sass me she was going to lose her L.A. Privileges”. The potential loss of L.A. Privileges got her attention.

The special privilege very attractive people get when they say or do, something very stupid and are not criticized for it. Such as the hot office tramp saying that "We need to try to save energy because of climate change" while cranking the thermostat way up because of her short skirt and low cut blouse. Or when the office stud muffin looks right down a female co-workers blouse while talking and she just smiles when she would sue all you ugly guys for sexual harassment if you did it!

"Why is it so hot in here today?", asked George.
"Jennifer turned the heat up because she's wearing that little black dress we love." Replied Ted.
"Oh OK. She has the hot privilege whenever she dresses like that".

Muslim Privilege

The privilege Muslims especially in Scandinavia have. Being able to do what they want, without any consequences. From raping the ethnic white girls, to abusing the welfare system. They're often being racist towards white people, and when a rare event happens, and a person from the white race replies, they get hit with the race card and gets told their kind is just racist and evil.

Surprisingly white people don't care, and they keep voting for more of these people. Police and fire men often can't patrol in the ghettos, as they're recieved with rocks being thrown at them. Unfortunately, white people are civilized, so they can't just shoot them without punishment, and the Muslim privilege kicks in, and they become the victim.. *sigh*
