Not to be confused with the "Court Jester" The Courtroom Jester is basically someone who's always trying to be funny when it isn't appropriate. Hence the "Courtroom" Jester. People like this always make awful jokes at the most serious times. Probably because of some deep rooted issues.

2-A medieval term to describe a fool who does not like gay people, ironically, they themselves looked and acted very camp, but were not gay, possibly in the closet.
