This is a word used in the Philippines. Its used to express resignation, sigh. Its like " oh well " "ugh" or "come on now"

located on the island of hispaniola next to the dominican republic. French and haitian creole are the most spoken languages there. Not only black people live there. there are people of different shades there too.

Haiti is a beautiful country, but has lots of political problems.

The Haitian

A "mute" character from Haiti on the NBC show Heroes. The Haitian has the power to take memories, stop any power from being used around him, and also enhance the powers of a hero. Usually found as colleague for a member of the "Company" where heroes are taken to either get helped or imprisoned. (Has no name so everyone just calls him The Haitian)

Habitual Heresy

A crime committed by cheap partiers in which you pay absolutely no money for alcohol/drugs, but you still manage to get more than anybody else. This is especially true when you take large amounts of alcohol from a party and bring it back to your own crib so you can throw your own party for free. You can steal individual cans and hide them in your cargo pockets, or if you are stealthy enough to get away with an unopened case that works just as well.

Tonight we will commit habitual heresy, I plan on bringing home at least a 30-Rack and a blunt.
