When an actor/actress is cast for the same type of role over and over and is almost always the douchiest character.

I'm so tired of seeing Matthew McConaughey play the same character in every romantic comedy, that guy has been douchecast!

Vagina, because the inner lips of a spread vulva form a shape resembling a canoe, and... the rest is obvious. Also used as a generic, fun-sounding term of insult in any context where one might use the word "cunt", "pussy", "twat", etc.

John said he was going to come out last night and help us TP the neighbor's yard, but he chickened out and didn't show. He's such a douchecanoe.

Douchecanoe

A lineman who works for a utility company and cant keep "his" pole under control. Willing to risk life and limb, even his marriage just to make sure all his "equipment" gets serviced by anyone willing, no experience or morals necessary!

The douchecanoe lineman had to work late to "install" a "pole" for a customer.
