A rapid fire controller is a controller that will turn your semi-automatic guns into fully automatic machine guns. For example, when you fire a pistol in Call of Duty normally, your pistol will fire once. When you fire that pistol in Call of Duty with a Modded Controller, that gun will fire tons of shots like a machine gun.
