chilling or relaxing but in an exciting and social setting or manner. (Versus just regular "chilling" when you are busy or tired... a Chillabration or Chillation is chilling with friends and having a good time. You just happened to be radiating happiness about you while you do it!)

a person that comes from any city outside Mexico city to live in Mexico city.
The most common error is to say that "Chilango" is a person born in Mexico City (Distrito Federal) those are called Defeños

Persona que vive en la ciudad de México, pero que viene de provincia.
El error mas común es decir que es una persona que nació en el DF, a esta persona se le llama "Defeño"

CHILAX

This word is a combo word. Chilax(1) mixes the two defintions of Relax and chill.

Also can be used in forms such as Chilaxin(2), or Chilaxed(3).

(1)Man would you just chilax, your makin a big deal out of nothin.
(2)Last night Johny and I, we was straight chilaxin, we didnt do a thing.
