A rigged cig is a hand-rolled cigarette containing tobacco and another smokable drug (marijuana, shrooms, etc.) without the smoker realizing this until they feel the effects.

My friend rolled me a rigged cig the other day, and I didn't even realize until i started trippin' balls!
