BioWMD

A weapon of mass destruction of biological origins. They say bioweapons are the poor man's nukes, and now we know there are many labs doing gain of function work, making pathogens more transmissible or lethal. Using such as an act of intentional mass murder would be a BioWMD attack.

Even after the banning of BioWMDs many labs moved offshore to continue the work in places with less oversight.
