Valor: A modern day army with modern equipment you would find now (M4A1, SCAR, M14EBR). Gun attributes are moderate fire rate, moderate accuracy, and moderate damage. Modeled after the US.
Raven: A technologically advanced army with expensive equipment (AUG,F2000,G3). Gun attributes are low accuracy and low damage, but high handling (low recoil) and rate of fire. Modeled after Europe.
SVER: An economically deprived guerilla army with cheap russian equipment (AK74U, AN94notcheaplolz, Dragunov). Gun attributes are low rate of fire, low accuracy, low handling (high recoil), but high damage per bullet. Modeled after Russia/China.
If you can handle the intensity of 64, 128, or 256 player games, then you will have a blast in this underrated yet incredibly fun game. If you can't, then you will hate it for your lack of skill and common sense and go back to playing easier games such as Black Ops or Bad Company 2.

This term refers to the practice of hiring minority races over white races, even if the white applicant is more qualified. The idea behind this is that minorities (mainly those of African descent) were oppressed and this is one way for the government to make ammends. Obviously the repercussions are serious for example hiring a less qualified applicant in the medical field. Also this idea itself could be considered racist, what is more derogatory than saying that minorities need be hired first regardless of merits as if they do not have merits!!! Many people haved sued for reverse discrimination saying that the most qualified applicant no matter what should have the job in question. Also because this is a racial issue most people tend to overlook the fact this is another way for the government to exercise control over businesses in the private sector.
I have a PhD (doctorate) in Physcis and applied for a teaching position at a local high school, but because of affirmitive action a person with only a Bachelors degree was hired.
