A town in the High Desert in California. It's not big or party central but you can always find some cool as f*** people. It's know for it's Joshua trees and being the home of Roy Rogers. It's got 2 movie theatres and some pretty bad ass restaraunts like Mama Carpinos. Some people act like stuck up ho's but most people are cool. It's the perfect place to live if you want to hang wit your besties and just bullshit!

Out of the two, NVRHSOT has a better educational system, while it has a VERY Shitty social surrounding.
Continuing on, Most of the NV Population consists of White people, or Asian people.

Almost everyone in this town is racist and white, and cultural diversity is non existent, which is very odd being near the San Francisco Bay Area which is a cultural hotspot. Even the amount of cultural restaurants in this town can be counted on one hand. Though these restaurants are run by white people, for white people, just like everything else in Scotts Valley. People in this town have no understanding of the outside world, and believe their way of life is the only way of life.
