a) The Language of Clowns

b) A language that was concocted by management (Clowns), thus "Clownese". It is generally reserved for management and management's minions.

c) Management Speak; terms, buzz words, jargon, and lingo used by management. A language created by the Clowns within an organization, which are usually the management.

c) The incompetant non-sensical drivel that filters down from upper management; the impenetrable fog of stupidity and bullshit spewed forth by management.

d) A language that normal entry level workers with common sense cannot comprehend because they don't speak Stupid.

Clown Jockey

Clown Jockey: a controlling douche bag boss who's secret to success is a big joke around the workplace.
Anyone whose success is built on lies and deceit.
Clown Jockey is a Boss, a manager, mid-level douchebags, but never the underdog.
A Clown Jockey appears confident and may be successful, but he/she sucks at life (and is generally clueless of the fact.)

"clown jockey douchebag!"
A Clown Jockey may be anyone who is too pathetic to ride in the clown car, so he/she must ride the clown.
"listen, you clown jockey(s), this is my two week notice"
"My clown jockey boss has no idea what the managers are getting away with, here."

Clowneyed

When a large South Carolina Defensive lineman with a number 7 on his chest hits you so hard you form an impression in the earth underneath you. Typically the hit goes viral on YouTube. See ESPN 2013 ESPY Best Play award winner.
Tajh Boyd got Clowneyed several times in the last South Carolina, Clemson game where the Gamecocks continued their winning streak. Rajion Neal of Tennessee and Michigan's Vincent Smith, got Clowneyed during the South Carolina Games.
