Dumpstitute

A building, apartment, or dwelling place that is ran by a dishonest slum landlord. It is usually run down but is deceitful because the owner covers over mold and harmful damage that could easily be fixed for a nominal price but chooses to allow tenants to suffer.

I looked at the apartment today and it was a total dumpstitute. After signing a lease I discovered the smell was permanent no matter how many chemical I used at the dumpstitute. Its a disgrace that a millionaire doctor landlord could own such a dumpstitute purely out of greed at the expense of other's well being.
