Getting so drunk, you decide to raid peoples' front Gardens for their plant bots or bird feeders and stumble down the road with them, inevitably dropping and smashing said object.

Jake - "man i was smashed last night, why is my coat covered in mud?"

Claire - "you don't remember? You were blatantly Plantpot Drunk mate"

Jake - "ah no way, my foreheads sore too"

Martyn - "yeah you walking into a lampost"

This state of mind usually leads to embarrassing karaoke, hitting on women with boyfriends or who are drug addicts, and may result in fist fights or getting shot/stabbed.

The stage in night of drinking, where you cannot drink anymore. Like passed-out, but your eyes are open.

It was a little boring that my friend drunked-out around 11:30; we had to get a cab and call it a night before 2am.

In essence, a combination of "cotton mouth" or drying of the mouth and tongue and a lingering flavor/odor of alcohol that can't be eliminated with mints, mouthwash or tooth brushing as the result of drinking. Usually accompanied with a hangover.

My wife complains about good morning kisses whenever I'm tongue drunk.
