A form of text based smiley face more sickening than any that have gone before it. For use to emphasise a sentence is fantastic, super, brilliant in an ironic taking the piss way that acknowledges smiley faces are massively sickening.

When you can't get the words that you want out, So you begin to stutter. So when you say "Is it on the tip of your tongue?" suggesting that a dick is one the tip of your tongue. You must do a gesture showing that you are putting your penis on the tip of their tongue. No Homo

As known as having kitty lips. Which is a direct reference to a woman having herpes in the genital area.

Rip Tongue: When you have twirled the kitty(vagina) with your tongue for countless hours sometimes even days, ripping the thin piece of skin(fraenulum) connecting your tongue to the bottom of your mouth resulting in extremely clingy females, and mouth pain for a week.

This can be shortened to OBT or simply butt tongue. Usually this phrase is meant to insult someone, but can also be used to express that something is uncool.
Ox but tongue is the (fictional) toungue that comes from the butt of an ox. It can also be used with any animal, like cow butt tongue or buffalo butt tongue.
