an insult or a threat that one tells to someone else. once the person who replies with "who's there?" the ejoke abruptly ends with the answer "fuck off" many opther endings can be used to make this insult more interesting or more focused on the insultee.

A term to describe how you punch an occupant in the mouth continiously until all of their teeth fall out onto the floor of the room where the Knockout Blow is situated. The Knockout Blow will either result in a knocked-out or minorly sedated occupant, therefore making it easier to get some much needed oral sex.
