hot-girl fit

the term refers to being physically toned and aesthetically appealing but not necessarily having high levels of endurance or athletic performance. so, in simpler words, being fit enough to look good but not actually having a lot of stamina or being super strong. (can be used as an insult)

Girl: Why are you so out of shape? You have like a 10 pack.
Boy: I’m not out of shape. I bench 295, 300 once. I just don’t do cardio.
Girl: Oh my God, you’re hot-girl fit.
