Used by nerds to define BPM, often in Romania and Italy. Can be used in a mechanism (see beats per minute mechanism) and may be created by the government.
Those who say this either are a part of the niche meme or need help. Possibly both

The period of time in which an adult takes to do something after telling a child “in a minute”. The adult minute can be a period of time lasting anywhere from 5 regular minutes to hours. Or maybe never…

Kid: Hey Mom can you take me to the Park?
Mom: Yeah in a minute… (“adult minute”)
