When someone throws fast food bags out the window of their car because it is filled with them and they are too lazy to find a trash can.

Dude 1: "Dude I found a whole bunch of fast food bags in the bushes outside my house..."
Dude 2: "Oh yeah, that was me... every time I come over I eat some Cajuns and dump the bag in those bushes."

Mainly girls. They wear:
-tight pants
-bright colored band shirts (who they may or may not listen to)
-large sunglasses
-vans/converse a MUST
-skirts/dresses(paired with skinny jeans)
-florals
-LOTS of plastic jewelry
-hellokitty/gloomy bear

Basically like a scene kid, but girlier. They are more concerned about the fashion than music. Often have poofy, dyed hair with bangs. They wear kandi and other accesories and constantly have loud colored hand bags. Always do the liquid eyeliner on top and peachy cheeks.
